I've built businesses from the ground up and led organizations I didn't start, living every season of what it means to carry something this personal. The hard seasons didn't break me. They asked me to grow. Today I run Magnetic Expansion, a founder development practice for established women entrepreneurs who have done everything right and still feel the gap between where they are and where they know they're meant to be.

BEGINS

I’ve lived every season of business ownership. The momentum, the doubt, the quiet moments of wanting to quit, and the louder ones of wanting to expand into something you can barely name yet.

My career began in brand and creative direction, where I spent nearly a decade helping businesses shape how they show up in the world. When I left corporate to become a mother, I made a conscious decision to build a different kind of life and career. Entrepreneurship showed me that work didn’t have to follow someone else's definition. I could build companies, shape brands, and scale ideas in a way that fit the life I wanted to create. So I did exactly that. What I didn’t realize at the time was how much the journey of building a business would ask me to grow in return.

After thousands of conversations with women founders, something became impossible to ignore. Brilliant, capable women were doing everything right and still feeling like something wasn't clicking. Not because they lacked ambition, strategy or intelligence, but because no one had ever shown them how to grow into the leader their next level required.

Your decisions get clearer, your momentum accelerates, and your revenue starts to reflect what you're actually worth. But the real transformation runs deeper than the business.
