I love to work. I usually can't sit still for long, but it has to be creative, it has to light me up. I love money, and I'm not going to pretend otherwise. And my family is the whole point. Time with them is my number one, always.
So I'm not the coach who'll tell you that doing less is how you make more. That's a fantasy. Building a business that gives you your time back is real work. What I'll teach you is how to learn from your own business, instead of staring at what everyone else is doing and forcing it onto a number you never wanted to chase in the first place.

BEGINS
I've lived every season of business ownership. The momentum, the doubt, the quiet moments of wanting to quit, and the louder ones where I knew the business could give me more than it was.
My career began in brand and creative direction, helping businesses shape how they show up in the world. When I left corporate to become a mother, I made a conscious decision to build a different kind of life and career. Entrepreneurship showed me that work didn't have to follow someone else's definition. I could build companies, shape brands, and grow ideas in a way that fit the life I wanted. So I did exactly that. What I didn't see coming was how much building a business would ask of me in return. What I learned has shaped who I am today.
Throughout the years of my entrepreneurial journey and after hundreds of conversations with women founders, one thing became impossible to ignore. Brilliant, capable women were doing everything right and still felt stuck. They had a revenue number but couldn't tell you what they actually took home. They were maxed out and scared that growing meant burning out. They were chasing numbers they'd absorbed from everyone else and never stopped to define what they actually wanted.
There's a kind of clarity most founders never even reach for: knowing how much you need to make, how much you want to make for all of this to be worth it, and whether the time and money you truly have can get you there. When you build toward your own number instead of someone else's, it changes the whole trajectory. Your goals, your time, the pace you grow at, it all starts bending toward the life you want instead of someone else's idea of success. That's the work.
